Mark your diaries for the third edition of the UK’s only film festival celebrating the art of adapting books to film: Bridport’s film festival From Page To Screen from 13 – 17 April 2011.
Big excitement for 2011: leading author Jonathan Coe brings his personal flavour to the festival as guest artistic director. He’ll be making his own personal selections, recruiting authors to participate and will present a few of the films himself.
We’ll be world premièring shorts made specifically for From Page To Screen: Flash Film home-made shorts adapted from the Bridport Prize Flash Fiction entries. Anyone can make and submit their own film. Check back for additional details on how to enter in January.
And, of course, more fantastic films coupled with your favourite authors.
